Join Horizon Lodge as we celebrate Liber XV: The Gnostic Mass.
The Gnostic Mass—the full title of which is Liber XV: Eccesiæ Gnosticæ Catholicæ Canon Missæ (Book 15: The Canon of the Mass of Ecclesia Gnostica Catholica, the Gnostic Catholic Church)—is the central ritual of Ordo Templi Orientis (O.T.O.). It was written by our religion’s founder, Aleister Crowley, in Moscow in 1913.
This will be an EGC ceremonies mass in which we perform baptisms and confirmations. Only baptismal and confirmation candidates will take communion. If you are interested in baptism or confirmation in EGC, please email [email protected] for more information.
Attendance at a celebration of the Gnostic Mass is a particularly good choice for newcomers, as it provides an excellent introduction to our symbolism and philosophy.
