Jeffery Capps is an eccentric, artsy guy who has been a friend of Damon at Atomic Rodeo for over 40 years.
Jeffery was diagnosed with terminal cancer and finds himself drowning in medical bills. Therefore as a final "hoorah" Jeffery will be auctioning off and selling his personal artwork and merch to help relieve some of those costs.
Not only will there be art but there will be Kona Ice, tattoos by Tiny Heck for donation, and "paint a banana on Jeff".
