Our upcoming puberty classes are coming up on Sept. 6, Oct. 4, and Nov. 8 from 9am to 10:30am! This course teaches girls about hormones, menstruation, and all things womanhood (from a functional medicine lens, of course).
Essentially, it's designed to help parents and daughters (aged 8-12) navigate those tough puberty conversations in a fun, non-awkward way.
We'll cover topics like:
- anatomy
- what is puberty
- what is a period
- emotional changes to expect
- how to use period products
- how to care for your skin + body
- how to properly eat and fuel your changing body
