Meet us in the upstairs area of Cunningham's Journal (15 W. 23rd St.) and play our trivia game! Teams of one to six people will answer 30 trivia questions in one hour. The answers will be revealed in the second hour. Smartphones, devices and handwritten notes will not be allowed to help answer questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a $50 gift card to Cunningham's Journal! The theme for October is "Surely You Can't Be Serious: A Parody Movies Quiz." The Parody Movies Quiz will cover the trivia from the films: Airplane!, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad!, Hot Shots!, Galaxy Quest and Tucker and Dale vs. Evil (five questions each) and the bonus questions will be trivia from the films: Scary Movie, Clue, Shaun of the Dead, Mars Attacks! and Top Secret! (2 questions each). The library owns ALL of the films listed, which are available to place on hold or check out. Registration is required, please e-mail James at [email protected], your team name and the number of team members (limit 6 per team). Access to the upstairs area is only available by stairs.
