$475 per person
Shared Airbnb accommodations
Couples package: $950 total
A couples package does not automatically guarantee a private bedroom. Bedroom and bed assignments will depend on the final Airbnb layout and availability.
YOUR PACKAGE INCLUDES
• Round-trip PTO bus transportation from Houston to Dallas
• Departure Friday, December 11, 2026
• Return Sunday, December 13, 2026
• Two-night stay in a shared Dallas-area Airbnb
• Admission to the Lifestyleland Hotel/Mansion Party
• PTO trip host and group coordination
• Transportation between the Airbnb and official party when required
• Bus refreshments and basic travel supplies
• Fuel, driver expenses, standard parking and trip-related fees
PAYMENT PLAN
$100 nonrefundable deposit — September 18
$125 second payment — October 16
$125 third payment — November 13
$125 final payment — December 4
Total: $475 per person
Guests registering after September 18 must pay all previously missed installments when booking. Reservations made after November 13 may require payment in full.
AIRBNB ACCOMMODATIONS
• This is a shared group Airbnb experience.
• Bedrooms, beds and bathrooms may be shared.
• Room and bed assignments will be made by PTO based on availability.
• Couples may request placement together, but a private bedroom is not guaranteed.
• Sleeping arrangements may include king beds, queen beds, full beds, twin beds, bunk beds or sleeper sofas.
• Guests must follow all Airbnb property rules, quiet hours, parking restrictions and checkout instructions.
• Anyone responsible for property damage, excessive cleaning charges, fines or rule violations will be financially responsible for those charges.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT TERMS
• Your reservation is not secured without the $100 deposit.
• All deposits and payments are nonrefundable.
• Payments may be transferred to another eligible traveler until November 27 with written approval from PTO.
• Travelers are responsible for finding their own replacement if they cannot attend.
• Missing a payment without making arrangements may result in cancellation and forfeiture of all payments.
• No traveler may board the bus or receive accommodations with an unpaid balance.
• The final balance must be paid by December 4, 2026.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
• All travelers must meet the event organizer’s minimum age requirement.
NOT INCLUDED
• Meals unless specifically announced
• Alcoholic beverages
• Personal purchases
• Additional event tickets not included in PTO’s confirmed party package
• Charges for property damage, missing items or Airbnb rule violations
• Transportation outside the official PTO itinerary
TENTATIVE ITINERARY
Friday, December 11
Depart Houston, travel to Dallas, Airbnb check-in and PTO welcome activities.
Saturday, December 12
Free time, group preparation and transportation to the Lifestyleland Hotel/Mansion Party.
Sunday, December 13
Airbnb checkout and return transportation to Houston.
TRIP CONFIRMATION
The trip will operate once PTO reaches the required number of paid travelers. If PTO cancels the entire trip because the minimum attendance requirement is not met, payments will be refunded or transferred to another PTO Travel Experience.
PTO is not responsible for changes made by the outside event organizer, Airbnb host, severe weather, roadway conditions or other circumstances beyond PTO’s control. If the original Airbnb becomes unavailable, PTO may substitute another property of reasonably comparable size and quality.
