This is a family-friendly, all-ages, all-levels event. No membership needed. No pace requirements. Just community!
• 30-minute workout to warm up (scalable for every fitness level)
• Optional run after: choose 1 mile, 2 miles, or 3 miles
• Bring your family, friends, in-laws, or that cousin who’s already talking about the pie
