PTACC: Nationwide Children's Hospital (ED-131)

The PTACC course provides education to nurses who care for admitted pediatric trauma patients with a focus on post-initial resuscitation care. The course features modules on the following topics: trauma assessment, shock, abdominal injuries, head/spine, musculoskeletal, thoracic, face/neck/eye, burns & child abuse. Additional breakout sessions include wound vac, cervical collar and chest tube skills stations.
