Maria Del Pilar will be teaching us psychic self-defense, the practice of protecting one’s energy and maintaining healthy boundaries from negative/undesirable energies. It helps you preserve your well-being, maintain balance, and make you feel spiritually safe and secure. When you protect yourself and your environment, you’ll ward off entities or energies that could cause emotional, mental, or energetic harm. In this class, you will learn techniques and tools for psychic self-defense and how to be proactive regarding your psychic safety and energetic well-being by maintaining and strengthening your energy field.
