What to Expect:
Morning Session:
• Aura Smudging Exercise – Learn how to cleanse each other’s aura, a simple yet powerful method to remove negative energy. This technique can be used daily or before significant events like job interviews, exams, or any anxiety-inducing situations.
• Chakra Balancing Exercise – Bring a yoga mat or towel for this hands-on exercise. Participants will pair up to learn how to cleanse and charge crystals before placing them on the body. You will then practice a cleansing and breathing technique to balance and open each chakra, promoting calm, balance, and revitalization.
Lunch Break:
• Bring your own lunch or enjoy a meal from the café on-site.
Afternoon Session:
• Guided Meditation – Connect with your spirit guides, healing guides, and spiritual helpers in a deeply meditative experience.
• Supervised Healing Exercise – Work in pairs to channel healing energy. This exercise may include receiving messages from your guides, deepening your intuition, and strengthening your connection with spirit.
• Closing Meditation – A profound meditation on Divine Love, leaving you uplifted, joyful, and fully immersed in the beauty of spiritual connection.
