Whether you're psychedelic-curious or have years of experience, this workshop offers space to connect meaningfully with others on a similar journey.

• Anything that helps you feel grounded
• Comfortable clothing for sitting and gentle movement
• Open mind and respect for shared confidentiality
• Seating is on the floor, they'll be pillows and mediation cushions.

All sharing is voluntary. We'll establish group agreements about confidentiality and respect at the start.

Partner exercises may or may not have the option of touch. You will be at choice if so...everything is an invitation.

Josh Jupiter is a certified psychedelic integration coach and guide based in Brooklyn. Through Brooklyn Balance, he combines somatic practices with integration work to help people transform their psychedelic experiences into lasting, meaningful change in their relationships and daily lives.
