Welcome to Psychedelic Social! Join us at Psanctum Thrift for a night of lectures and socializing with the legal psychedelic industry in Oregon. Want to become a guide in Oregon? Want to have a legal psychedelic experience? Curious about what is happening in Oregon? Want to learn more about how psychedelics work in the brain? This event is a great place to learn about psychedelics and the psychedelic industry. Everyone is welcome!

We will have three lectures / Q&A sessions over two hours: 1) history of psychedelics ,2) becoming a guide in Oregon, and 3) the neuroscience of psychedelics.

The event is organized and hosted by Michael Angyus, a psychedelic researcher who earned his masters in neuroscience from Imperial College London and has worked with well known psychedelic researcher Dr. Robin Carhart-Harris for the last three years. A Portland native, Michael is focusing on using his network and experience to give back to his community in a time of great opportunity for Oregon. As the first state to legalize the supervised use of magic mushrooms, we have an incredible opportunity to show the world that psychedelics can be used safely for healing.
