Spiral Process Therapy is offering its 2026 Psychedelic Process Training — a 6-day in-person immersive for licensed therapists and associates ready to bring psychedelic-assisted therapy into their clinical practice.
2026 Dates: September: 11, 12, 13 & 25, 26, 27
Spread across two weekends in Santa Cruz, CA, this training goes beyond theory. Students learn through direct experience — including practice sessions using oral ketamine — gaining skills as both facilitator and client.
🌀 WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
• History of Shamanism and Ethnobotany
• How to assess, prepare, and prime clients for the psychedelic experience
• Somatic, movement, and expressive arts methods in psychedelic sessions
• Touch and attachment healing as part of psychedelic therapy
• Integration: helping clients apply insights into daily life
• Collaboration with prescribers and community providers
• How to hold space in a dynamic, centered, non-agendized manner
👤 YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Dmitry holds a Master’s thesis from John F. Kennedy University in Ethnobotanical Assisted Psychotherapy and has completed the MAPS PBC MDMA-Assisted Therapy Education Program (50 hours). He brings over a decade of clinical experience with somatic, experiential, and psychedelic-assisted approaches to this training. Dmitry is also a lifelong practitioner of meditation, self-inquiry and healing practices such as dance movement therapy, plant medicines, yoga and Zen. Dmitry has been studying and practicing the Process Model, taught to him directly by Don and Carol Hadlock, as well as other Experiential Somatic therapy modalities since 2010.
📋 PREREQUISITES
Completion of the Spiral Process Method (SPM) course or equivalent experiential therapy training (Hakomi, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, or similar).
💰 TUITION
$1,950 per participant
Includes ketamine medicine for 2 practice sessions, a $450 deposit + $50 processing fee due at registration.
Note: Due to the logistics of medical prescribing, tuition is non-refundable except in cases of compelling medical emergency.
