Join us for an all day live ceremony exploring altered states of consciousness through meditation, sound and medicine.After check-in we will begin our day with a meet and greet, getting to know your fellow travelers and facilitators. We will prepare for the journey with an informational session, breathwork, and journaling.
As the ceremony begins, an optional medicinal tea will be offered and shared with participants. You will then be eased into your journey through guided meditation and carried along with the magical sounds of gong, Tibetan bowls, didgeridoo, flute, chimes and more.
Our experienced facilitators will be there to support you throughout your journey, holding safe and sacred space for your exploration of self, and assisting you with whatever needs may arise.
Once the journey is completed we will close the ceremony and nourish our bodies with a delicious Ayurvedic meal. The day will end with an integration circle providing space to share and tools to support you in the integration process.
