Psychedelic Integration Process Group

Psychedelic integration is the process of learning from experiences in altered states of consciousness and embodying insights in order to create meaningful change.

This is a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space for those who have used psychedelics or are considering using them.

This 90 minute process group is aimed at helping you reconnect with your psychedelic experiences in order to identify and embody some insights you have gained in order to integrate them into daily life in a sustainable way. The aim is to help you processing both the challenging and the beneficial aspects you may have uncovered and put them into action using processes underpinned by acceptance and commitment therapy.

It's a chance to process some your biographical experiences in relation to your experiences in altered states of consciousness in a therapeutic group setting. The therapeutic group setting enables the processing of these experiences in connection to others.

This group is aimed at any one with experience of altered states of consciousness but may also be useful for psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists and facilitators who are learning about these methods. It might be a useful process to undertake post retreat or after therapeutic treatment sessions.

No substances will be used in the process of this group. The focus is on developing a practice of integration to deepen past and future use of altered states of consciousness.

This process will be guided by UKCP registered existential analytic psychotherapist Helen Sproat who has been trained to facilitate psychedelic integration workshops by the MIND Foundation. The group will be in English.

This group is a drop in group and will run for 90 minutes with a group of10 people and costs €35.
