Psychedelic Breathwork is a transformative practice that uses conscious connected rhythmic breathing to alter your state of mind, allowing you to tap into your subconscious, move stuck energy, and access healing and emotional release.

Sessions create space for stress and anxiety relief, trauma and emotional processing, improved emotional regulation, mental clarity, deeper self-awareness and connection to yourself — and even psychedelic-like states.

What to bring: An open mind, water, and a journal if you'd like. Wear something comfortable that doesn't restrict your breathing. Come on a light stomach.

Please note — Breathwork may not be for you if you have cardiovascular or heart conditions, history of stroke, epilepsy or seizures, aneurysms, detached retina, glaucoma, pregnancy, recent surgery or illness, respiratory conditions, or severe mental health conditions.
