Who:
Current and future PRSA chapter leaders, including chapter presidents, president-elects, board members, committee chairs, district leaders and members interested in leadership opportunities within PRSA.
What:
A combined Sunshine District Board Meeting and QuickStart leadership session focused on strengthening chapter leadership through shared learning and practical insights from national, district and chapter leaders.
Topics will include:
- Chapter leadership and operations
- Recruitment, retention and succession planning
- Volunteer engagement
- Community building and leadership development
- Sharing solutions to common chapter challenges
