About this Event

In this session, Lisa and Jayne will outline the findings from their recently published study, exploring whether restorative supervision can improve the mental wellbeing of health care professionals working in academic roles in HE. They will consider wider implications for all staff providing personal supervision, with an emphasis on encouraging reflection and self-care.

Presented by Lisa Jennison & Jayne Walker
