PROVECHO ISSUE 04 IS HERE!
Provecho was created in 2022 to celebrate the people who are underrepresented in our food media landscape; the people whose foods are beloved but whose communities don’t always feel that same love. Founded in Portland, Oregon with a global reach, we create space for people of color to tell the stories only they can tell about the foods that shape them, nourish them, anchor them.
We can't wait to celebrate the launch of Issue 04 with you! Join us for good company, food and beverages, and your first opportunity to get your hands on the new issue. We'll also have limited stock of Issues 01 , 02, and 03 for sale.
