Joining L'Oréal in 2006, Nancy sought to quench her thirst for knowledge and explored various roles within the education department, gaining business insights and leading various educational initiatives. She honed her hair color expertise and became an educator, tailoring programs to meet the unique needs of salons. Her collaboration with Roch on Colour Mentoring and Colour Genius and their presentation at the Davines Village in Parma highlight her dedication to education.
