Karen Brookes, Associate

Karen works with all members of the team to identify, protect, enforce and commercialise clients’ intellectual property (IP) rights including patentable inventions, confidential information, branding rights, copyright, rights in data and rights in designs. Her practice covers both contentious and non-contentious IP issues but she has particular experience of advising on research and development agreements and IP assignments and licences.

Ashton Craven-Lockwood, Associate

Ashton supports all areas of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, providing pragmatic advice and support on national and international trade marks, copyright, designs and patents. His work includes carrying out relevant intellectual property searches and supporting the prosecution, opposition, enforcement and defence of intellectual property rights. He also provides supports on a variety of contractual agreements.
