2. Why school is not a safe place in East Baton Rouge Parish
3. Legislative Landscape at the parish and state level
4. Why the Parish and the state of Louisiana is prioritizing building cages for children

There will be a special showing of the award-winning documentary "Preschool to Pr*son" followed by a Q & A
