From demanding careers, to being a new parent, to the stress of managing ill health; stress creeps up on all of us from time to time. Stress wicks away our energy, leaving us feeling flat and creating a vicious cycle of exhaustion, stress, and quick-fixes. This workshop is designed to empower you to combat stress with relaxation techniques using aromatherapy, meditation and breath work that can assist in alleviating tension and stress.

Fox has been studying esoteric stress relief and alterd states for over 20 years and has hosted classes accross the UK. She has worked for several prolific esoteric organisations and has developed her own unique methods and practices which draw off both western and eastern techniques.

Ticket price includes informative handouts with all the exercises we try in class as wella s reccomended reading and resources to take with you as well as materials for our 'energy vampire' exercise!

Whilst we fully believe in the power of aromatherapy, meditation, chakra work and breathing exercises to promote mental wellbeing and improve physical health, this class is no substitute for advice and treatment from your doctor. We reccomend advising your doctor that you are planning to use complimentary therapy including essential oils before booking this class if you have ill heath.
