About REALTOR® Institute (GRI)

The REALTOR® Institute (GRI) is a nationally recognized designation designed to help you build your business, close with confidence, and grow your career. Complete all four modules to earn your GRI designation.

Refund Policy

Refund of tuition {or deposit) will be granted, upon written request received in the OAR office at least ten {10) days prior to the first day of the REALTOR® Institute for which payment was made. For any written request received during the period beginning nine {9) days prior to the REALTOR® Institute up to the start of class, no refund of tuition paid will be granted but will be transferable to the next Institute. Exceptions may be granted by approval of the Professional Development Committee. Students may transfer tuition on request. Any student transferring to the next Institute will be required to pay an additional sum to equal current tuition fee, if increased.
