Prosphora are the bread offered in the Divine Liturgy. We will be working through the entire baking process. All tools and ingredients will be provided.
This workshop is for people who are willing to commit to baking prosphora for St. Sava once a month (typically a 3 -4 hour commitment). Anyone who wants to bake prosphora for St. Sava must attend a workshop. If you are willing and able to do this, you are welcome to join us on Saturday, August 3rd, at 10:00 am in the parish hall kitchen. Much of the learning takes place right at the beginning so please arrive a few minutes early.
