Founded in 2019 by Brandon Bartoldi, Prosper Firm was originally designed as Commercial Lending and Management Consulting firm. Brandon had a background in Management Consulting, Executive Management, Healthcare Management, Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, Software as a Service, Project & Program Management, Strategic Planning, and Real Estate. Prosper Firm's Real Estate Private & Hard Money Lending brokerage took off in 2020, winning the NACLB's "Rookie" Brokerage of the Year with $25M+ in closed loans.
In 2021, new divisions of Prosper were created: Prosper Real Estate, Prosper Capital, and Prosper Property Management. These divisions focused on the expansion of the in-house real estate portfolio, the management of the real estate portfolio, and new private equity acquisitions and startups. All $5M+ of real estate acquisitions in 2021 were in Pittsburgh, PA. Prosper Firm's Lending division expanded from financing all investment real estate to also include traditional business financing.
Prosper Firm won the NACLB's Brokerage of the Year in 2022, with significant year-over-year growth in the Lending division, with over $35M in loans closed in 2022. Prosper also launched Prosper Home Mortgage for all residential mortgage products, licensed in 15 states, including PA, FL, & TX. Prosper Law Firm and 7Tier Design Studio were added to the portfolio of companies. Significant investments and acquisitions were made in niche markets.
2023 & 2024 had continued year-over-year growth in the Lending divisions, now positioned as a one-stop-shop for all real estate and business financing. Many strategic and referral partners established. Graceful Care Living assisted living facilities were added to the private equity and real estate portfolio. In 2025, Graceful Care was successfully exited with a 7 figure profit. Prosper opened a division in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. 2026 is proving to be a record year of growth and new investments and partnerships.
