Prospective Parents Open Event at Hawley Woods School - December

You are warmly invited to join us for a parent/carer open day at Hawley Woods School.

This is an excellent opportunity to visit the school, meet some of the team and learn more about our approach to education at Hawley Woods School.

Hawley Woods School will provide specialist education for autistic children and those with associated conditions or learning disabilities across Key Stages 2-4, supporting children aged 7-17 (school years 3-11).

During the day, you will have the opportunity to:

• Explore the school facilities and grounds.
• Hear from Hannah Stroud, Headteacher.
• Meet some of the wider school team, including teachers, SENCO and therapists.
• Learn about our therapeutic approach to education.
• Understand the Kedleston Group referrals process*.

Places will be limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Please note that due to the number of attendees we are anticipating, we may not be able to discuss individual children in detail on the day. We will talk about the referrals process in general and signpost to further advice.
