September 17, 2022 11am-2pm

Join us for this highly anticipated community event. Your participation will not only support the Bartow County Lions Club FREEDOM BRAILLE TRAIL, but also promote awareness of sight saving programs of the Lions Clubs.

Your business will be advertised and promoted throughout the Bartow County area through announcements at all major Lions events, in local publications, radio announcements and websites/social media. In addition, we are designing a t-shirt with participating businesses and logos for sale at the event.

Participation is easy….

• Choice of sponsorship that best fits your business and your advertising needs.

• Complete your attached Contract and submit with your check to Bartow County Lions Club.

• If your restaurant or business is unable to participate as a sponsor, we hope that you will consider donating products or a gift certificate to be used as a door prize at the event. This will allow us to offer attendees more options and mention your name throughout the event.

This is a wonderful public relations opportunity for our local restaurants and businesses. It’s also a great way to help make everyone in the community aware of the services available for visually impaired residents. You will be able to have potential customers meet you in person, as well as your name on signage and t-shirts while they are entertained by the outstanding local area musicians!

There will be awards for winning entries in categories like People’s Choice, Pulled Pork and Best Ribs!

Booth space will be assigned by event coordinator based on space and size availability. (Late entries will be accepted on a space available basis, but will not be included in the printed media.)
