We’ll incorporate a variety of props to enhance practice, increase accessibility, stability/ease, and deepened understanding of the poses for all levels.

Students of all levels and teacher who want to explore the use of props to support their Yoga asana experience. Teachers welcome and can earn CEUs with Yoga Allliance.
