Property Tours for Project Restore - Highlandtown

We are excited to announce we were awarded a Project Restore 2.0 grant to support our commercial revitalization work in Southeast Baltimore!

Project Restore 2.0 seeks to reduce vacancies by attracting new tenants to commercial properties in the Highlandtown Arts and Entertainment District and Highlandtown Main Street. Awardees will receive partial funding for rent, renovations, furniture, fixtures, and equipment to start their business in any of the participating properties below.

As part of Highlandtown’s Project Restore Program 2024, potential applicants will have a chance to tour the vacant properties eligible for the program.

We HIGHLY encourage applicants attend any of the three available property tours to better understand how these locations can fit into their business needs and inform their application submission.

The tour will last 1.5 to 2 hours and will visit the following properties:

400 S. Conkling St.

406 S. Conkling St.

3215 Eastern Ave.

3821 Eastern Ave.
