About our host Charlie Panayi:

C harlie started his property journey 19 years ago, with extensive personal investment knowledge of the UK property market and the Isle of Wight specifically, having bought his first Isle of Wight investment back in 2008. Charlie has also headed up large property investment funds at companies with over £14bn in asset management. He calls his home the Isle of Wight and is specifically keen to build a strong property network here on the Island.
