As the social heart of the resort, Proof has been reimagined as a Classic American restaurant rooted in comfort and connection, offering dishes guests return to again and again, thoughtfully elevated with the care and quality of Four Seasons.We’re excited to invite you to Proof Plaza to celebrate the launch of our new dinner menu, created by Chef Gregory James and our talented Proof team.
Join us from 4pm to 5pm for cold beers, small bites from our smoker, ice cream and live music under the desert sky. Proof will open for dinner at 5pm, with live music continuing through 7pm.
