About the Show

"Prom Kings" is a refreshing take on high school romance - a queer love story that breaks from traditional narratives to deliver a fun, campy, and comedic musical extravaganza. Created by Patrick Jennejahn and Huston (Jae) Watson during the pandemic, this production promises to be a celebration of joy, love, and authentic storytelling.

- SUNY Purchase graduate (Creative Writing, Playwriting, and Screenwriting)

- First theater production

- Graduated with honors in 2020

- **Huston (Jae) Watson**: Director/Writer

- Previous successes include "My Husband" (2023)

- Directed "Julius: Harlem's Cesar" (2023-2024)

- Third directing credit, second writing/producing credit
