Prolyte Campus - Brighton

Stage Electrics is thrilled to be hosting another Prolyte Campus, an essential training event for anyone looking to develop their knowledge of rigging and trussing. Taking place on the 22nd of October at the Brighton Centre, this comprehensive course will be led by renowned product expert Eric Laanstra.

Prolyte Campus offers training in the fundamental aspects of trussing, making it an invaluable experience for both beginners and those who want to develop their knowledge further. Participants will benefit from hands-on training in basic truss techniques and inspection practices. Here’s what you can expect from the course:

Course Contents:

Basic technical truss training:

• Connection methods
• Forces explained on truss
• How and when to use published loading tables
• Corner types and their capacity
• The do’s and don’ts about the use of truss

Inspection of truss:

• How to inspect your truss
• What to inspect
• Explaining the discard criteria
• Documentation

Tickets are £10 each. You will be provided with refreshments on arrival as well as a buffet lunch and certificate of attendance. All attendees will also be entered in to a draw to win a Vertitruss Pinclaw Hammer.

PLEASE NOTE: your ticket also includes free entry to the Stage Electrics Showcase which is taking place in the same building after the campus has ended.
