Come celebrate the 4th of July with ProjectRise. This will be a special loop full of Ks and spontaneous encouragement. You run what you can for 30 minutes. All levels. All paces. Run or walk. All you have to do is #justshowup. We will be taking donations of gently used shoes you do not use anymore. Adult and children sizes welcomed.
