Projection One Collective return after almost a year of hiatus to throw a tropical party at The Artichoke NR3 on Sat 27th December. We'll be doing our thing in the Snug - that lil side room - so we can get a bit of a floor going by the end of the night.
It's the time between Christmas and New Year's Eve where nothing really matters, the nether zone, the festive gooch, where drinking every day for a week straight might be the only way to survive. Catch-up with long lost pals, escape the family rituals, throw on ya dancing shoes and come for a boogie with us!
P1 residents Martin aka Great Crested Audio & Alex aka Hungry Boy 😅 will open and close the night with afrofunk, tropical disco, cumbia, highlife and most likely some silly bangers.
Excited to host Jez and Imanzi of High Maintenance/DSB doing their roots reggae thing with the additional sprinkle of global grooves/afro.
Joe the Cellar Guy & Nathan Clarke will also be stopping by to bring you their tropical selections
Dance tunes from around the globe 1960s-present day on vinyl covering all sorts of steaming hot musical territory.
