Hello members of the Russett Community. Please come on down and hear about our exciting new Baltimore Gas and Electric Project. In the second half of 2025, BGE plans to install a new electrical substation located off Dorsey Run Road to serve Annapolis Junction.

Thank you to anyone who attended our first public meeting about this project last November. In this follow up meeting, the project team will provide project updates, present the site plan BGE will be filing with the County, explain the Code modifications BGE will be requesting, and discuss minor wetlands impacts that were discovered in the process of designing the new substation. Join us to learn about this important infrastructure update. Come and meet the BGE project team who will be working on this project and ask any questions you may have. We hope to see you there.
