This in-person event hosted by Smith Integrated Care Services that will be held at the Parker Hill Branch of the Boston Public Library. The event revolves around a meaningful group activity that helps you talk about what matters to you when it comes to your end-of-life care. You will be able to participate in the National Institue of Health research study that involves answering a questionnaire and talking about your experience at the event. Research participants can receive up to $90 in gift cards. Enjoy free snacks & refreshments! Adults 18+ are welcome to attend. RSVP is strongly reccommended as space is limited.
