Project Talk - A Conversation About Getting Your Advance Directives in Place
Come join us for an informative session on the importance of having your advance directives in place. Learn about the different types of advance directives and how they can help ensure your healthcare wishes are honored. This in-person event hosted by Smith Integrated Care Services that will be held at the Parker Hill Branch of the Boston Public Library. Don't miss out on this opportunity to have your questions answered and gain valuable knowledge about advance care planning.
The event revolves around a meaningful group activity that helps you talk about what matters to you when it comes to your end-of-life care. You will be able to participate in the National Institue of Health research study that involves answering a questionnaire and talking about your experience at the event. Research participants can receive up to $90 in gift cards. Enjoy free snacks & refreshments! Adults 18+ are welcome to attend. RSVP is strongly reccommended as space is limited.
