Project Switch is a West Coast Swing weekend built around one idea: the most complete dancers know both roles — not as a party trick, but as a way of understanding the dance from the inside out. Three days. Two roles. One floor.
🎓 Workshops with Clem & Evi
Level-specific content across two tracks — Switch (basics in your second role) and Switch++ (advanced role-switching).
Every workshop is designed from the ground up for switchers. Not a side-note. The whole point.

Three nights and a floor full of people who love switching as much as you do.
🏆 Switch-Pro-Steal-Strictishly
Our signature competition format — and you haven't seen anything like it. You register alone. We randomly draw three other dancers and assign them to your group. You meet, connect, and dance together during the weekend — then step onto the competition floor as a team of four. Partners rotate, roles flip, dancers get stolen mid-routine. Judged equally on execution and creativity in your switches and steals. It's the most fun you'll ever have in a competition.
