This free, interactive workshop introduces practical project management fundamentals
that anyone can apply – whether you’re managing a work project, planning a personal goal
or organizing something for your family or community.
You’ll learn how to:
• Define and manage project scope
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Track costs and manage risks
• Lead and coordinate a team
No prior experience is required; this session is designed for anyone looking to build
practical, transferable skills.
