Location: Lake Olmstead Trailhead 1 Milledge Road, Augusta, GA 30904
Schedule:
Registration and bib pick-up from 4 to 7 p.m. on 7/17/26 at Lake Olmstead Trailhead and from 6:15 - 6:45 a.m. on 7/18/26 at Lake Olmstead Trailhead.
7 a.m. - 10k start
7:10 a.m. - 5k start
Only $10 for the 5k and 10k
Additional $5 for a medal
All proceeds benefit Project Lifting Spirits Inc. which provides gifts and items of support to our local veterans, active duty service members, and their families. This includes items like ice cream socials, pizza parties, meals, holiday gifts, and cards. We will use all the funds raised for events with DDEAMC, Fisher Houses, and VA hospitals in the CSRA. We thank you for your support of our mission and our event! We will be doing a Christmas in July collection for items for our Christmas gifts! We are looking for toys and books for children 18 and under as well as coloring books and puzzle books (large text and regular text) for our veterans.
This run will be a bare bones run/walk that is stroller, dog, and kid friendly. We will be starting at the Lake Olmstead Trailhead on the Augusta Canal and possibly the River Levee Trail.
Please note that there are no refunds and there will be a 30 minutes weather delay (if needed).
