About this Event
APWA Northeast Florida, in partnership with the Northeast Florida Builders Association, will host a panel discussion focused on construction project cost estimating and budgeting, which have become increasingly challenging in recent years due to market volatility.
We are bringing together industry experts to delve into the critical aspects of accurate cost prediction and financial management, including methodologies, tools, risk management, and controls. The discussion will explore the challenges and best practices in this complex field, aiming to provide valuable insights for professionals across the Public Works industry.
