Over the years, I've learned that endurance isn't built in a single workout. It's built through consistency, structure and patience. I've run through deserts, climbed mountains and pushed my body beyond what I thought was possible and through every single mile, I've learned what it truly takes to grow. This July, I'm sharing everything I've learned through my own journey.

• Weekly in-person ground session (Once a week | 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM at a designated place)
• Personalized training plan from a certified running and fitness coach

• Heart rate zone based training to optimize endurance and speed

Mahfuz isn't just a coach. He's someone who has lived every mile he teaches.
As a nationally acclaimed ultrarunner and the man who rewrote Bangladeshi ultrarunning history by breaking the 200KM barrier not once but twice, Mahfuz knows what it takes to push beyond limits that most people never dare to approach. As a BKSP Certified Athletics Coach, he brings that same relentless spirit into every training session with a coaching style that is deeply disciplined yet genuinely warm and encouraging.
He doesn't just train athletes. He believes in them, sometimes before they believe in themselves.
Specializing in interval training, biomechanics and athletic conditioning, Mahfuz has successfully guided numerous athletes to remarkable personal bests and podium finishes in major running events. His approach is simple — structure, consistency and the belief that every single person has more in them than they think.
