Basic Exhibit Package: $350

Includes listing on website & event guide with link, 6 ft table, chair, and 1 conference registration.

Bronze Exhibit Package: $500 (10% Discount on Add-ons)

Includes logo listing on website & event guide with link, inclusion in 1 precon email blast, FB post feature, 6 ft table, chair, and 1 conference registration. No electric access.

Silver Exhibit Package: $750 (10% Discount on Add-ons)

Includes logo listing on website & event guide with link, inclusion in 1 precon email blast and 1 post con email blast, Social Media post, 6 ft table, chair, electric plug in, and 1 conference registration.

Gold Exhibit Package: $1,000 (10% Discount on Add-ons)

Platinum Package: $1,500 (15% Discount on Add-ons)

Includes logo listing on website & event guide with link, pre-session slide before plenary sessions, inclusion in 1 precon email blast and 1 post con email blast, plus listing of opted–in attendees, 8 ft table, chair, 9 x 5 space, electric plug in and 2 conference registrations.

Add-ons: (Must purchase an exhibit package to purchase add-ons)

Break Sponsor: $650 (8 opportunities)

Cost includes snacks & beverages for all attendees, plus pop up booth in break area, dedicated signage during break, stage thank you, and listing in schedule. Also includes 1 conference registration.

Chair Drop/SWAG: $250 (plus item for each attendee with a minimum retail value of $10. Must ship 400 items.) (15 opportunities)

Includes stage announcement by host during plenary and up to a 5 minute promotional video provided by organization that will run during pre-session and post-session.

Lanyard Sponsor: $1000 (1 opportunity)

Includes your logo + conference logo on all lanyards for attendees, staff, and speakers.
