Appointments to attend the Programme Support Office

Dear students,

Please book a slot to attend the Programme Support Office if you need to:

• collect your name badge (only if you have been advised that this is ready to be collected)
• collect/return an A&E card
• collect/swap your uniform (only if you have been advised that this is ready to be collected)

Students will be seen in the office only with an appointment booked. Please do not attend the office if you do not have an appointment. The office may not be staffed and/or staff may not be able to assist you.

PLEASE NOTE: Appointments for Tuesday need to be made by 4pm the Friday before, for Wednesday before 4pm on Monday, and for Thursday before 4pm on Tuesday.

Please ensure you indicate the reason for needing to attend the office. If the reason you need to attend is not on the list, please email your programme email address (i.e. the email address to submit timesheets, report absence etc.) for further advice.
