Program Models Brainstorm Session

CHIP Indy is holding two focus groups for folks working in RRH, PSH, and Street Outreach to help develop CoC Program Models. This first session will have three breakout groups by program type discussing the development of program models. Program Models will complement the CoC Written Standards and provide benchmarks and standards for how the Indianapolis CoC stewards our programs. We need your expertise! We are requesting at least 1 client-facing person and 1 leadership/supervisory person from each agency/program type to attend.
