Mit einer aufregenden Mischung aus etablierten Größen und aufstrebenden, jungen Bands gibt das PROG METAL MANIA Festival am 2. und 3. Mai sein Debüt im Münchner BACKSTAGE, und entwickelt sich schon jetzt zu einem Pflichttermin für Progressive Rock- und Metal- Fans aus Deutschland und darüber hinaus. Das Event wartet mit 13 Bands und einem Special Guest auf. Jede von ihnen hat etwas Besonderes aus dem breiten Prog, Metal & Mania Spektrum im Gepäck: Sie verzaubern mit wunderschönen Melodien und virtuosem Spiel, lassen die Herzen dank komplexer Rhythmen und ausdrucksstarkem Gesang höher schlagen, oder reißen ihre Zuhörer durch energiegeladene Riffs und epische Songstrukturen mit.
