This session is designed for entrepreneurs who want to turn their ideas into profitable, purposeful businesses. Attendees will learn how to properly set up their business structure, validate ideas within their community, and build a brand that supports long-term growth. We’ll also cover practical tools — from Excel and Word to basic accounting — and explore the entrepreneurial mindset: developing habits, focus, and resilience to create lasting, impact-driven businesses.
Speaker Bio: Coach Tye is the founder of JusTye Collective Group™, where she empowers entrepreneurs to Educate, Elevate, and Amplify their businesses and impact. With 20 years in corporate America as a Product Manager, Coach Tye combines deep operational experience with a passion for entrepreneurship. Her mission is simple: “We don’t promise results, we build the mindset that creates them.” She provides actionable guidance, mindset strategies, and tools to help founders build businesses that are both profitable and purpose-driven.
Session 2 -This session provides a clear understanding of the apostille process, covering the basics of Hague vs. Non-Hague apostilles and the roles of notaries. Nicole will also dive into Maryland-specific instructions, giving participants practical guidance on managing apostilles efficiently and confidently. Attendees will leave with a straightforward framework for navigating the process and supporting clients with clarity and professionalism.
Speaker Bio: Nicole Williams is an Apostille Facilitator and Estate Notary in Maryland, expanding services to include DOT mobile drug and DNA testing. She is passionate about providing trustworthy, convenient services and guiding clients through complex document processes.
