Jonathan Martinez: Jonathan Martinez is a seasoned software engineer by profession and a passionate real estate investor. With a background in education as a former band director, Jonathan brings a unique perspective to the world of real estate. After a successful transition into software development, he ventured into real estate investment, driven by a deep-seated belief in the enduring value of housing.

Since embarking on this journey, Jonathan has successfully completed two property flips and currently has two more projects under contract undergoing rehabilitation. His expertise extends beyond just flipping houses; he plays a pivotal role in business growth, funding, bookkeeping, loan planning, and day-to-day operations. He is also actively involved in deal analysis and lead generation, with a vision to scale his business for long-term, life-changing success.
Trey Aker: Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, Trey Aker split his time growing up in Louisiana, New Mexico, and Colorado. After graduating high school in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Trey moved to Shreveport, LA, to attend college at LSUS. There, he earned a bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education and later a Master's of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Trey has taught high school English for 12 years in his professional career. He is also a licensed real estate agent in Louisiana. Trey became a real estate investor after reading enough books and listening to enough podcasts to earn a self-declared degree in real estate investing from BiggerPockets University. He owns one short-term rental and has successfully flipped two properties, with several more currently in rehab. Trey enjoys playing video games, playing hockey, and spending time in nature. Ultimately, he wants to make real estate his full-time job to spend more time with his wife and two children.
