About this Event

Welcome to the event:

Join Housing Associations and Local Authorities for a practical workshop on how TU and the HHS Vulnerability Initiative use profiling, modelling, and enriched data to uncover hidden vulnerability and drive earlier, more effective support.

See real case studies showing where TU + HHS VI programmes are already improving outcomes, including a 32% uplift in resident engagement compared with traditional letters, SMS, and RP contact.

Take part in workshops to identify and share your own challenges and explore how data insight and targeted engagement can help solve them. The day closes with a Welfare Together case study showing how this approach has reduced debt, improved council-tax outcomes, and strengthened resident wellbeing.

Check out our LinkedIn page to see videos from our last two events, where Housing Associations and Local Authorities came together to collaborate, share learning, and take part in breakout sessions.https://www.linkedin.com/company/empower-engage-elevate

These sessions focused on finding innovative ways to support those most in need – from improving resident wellbeing and ensuring people feel safe and secure in their homes, to tackling council tax arrears through more supportive approaches.
