Professional Lighting Summit 2023 - EXHIBITORS & SPONSORS

The Professional Lighting Summit includes two days of topical, relevant presentations from experts, combined with a programme of sponsored workshops. This is a fantastic, limited, opportunity to speak directly with your target audience in the lighting community.

What's new for 2023?

Based on the success of the ILP Local Authority Lighting Energy Crisis event (held in February in Daventry) - we are delighted to confirm we have modified the PLS to include

• Stands available in the main conference room
• Local authority delegates invited to attend the event free of charge
• Elevator pitch session: 60 seconds on stage for all exhibitors and sponsors

Designed to meet the needs of today’s lighting community, the Summit is packed with CPD sessions, CPD workshops, and includes a small exhibition spread across three areas:

• some stands are situated in the main conference room
• some stands are in the welcome and registration area
• some stands are in the catering area

Demand will be high, and we recommend early booking.

EXHIBITION package includes:

• Power (subject to safe limits)
• Delegate list (where GDPR permission has been given) – names, job titles and email addresses
• Advance publicity in event advertising campaign, on ILP’s website, emails and on social media

SPONSORSHIP package includes:

Meet delegates face to face and explain how you can help them.

• Opportunity to deliver a 30 minute workshop, repeated on both days
• You are free to design the content and style of workshop providing it is in line with the spirit of the event
• This could include a PowerPoint presentation (screen, projector and laptop will be provided so please bring your presentation on a memory stick), handouts, or simply face to face discussions
• The room will be set up with a capacity for 30
• Your title and synopsis will be needed in plenty of time for us to promote your workshop

Each sponsor will also receive the following benefits:

• Space for one pull up banner to be displayed in Workshop Room (max 1m wide)
• Permission to place leaflets on delegate seats and at registration (max A5, one distribution per day) - or to display an A4 sign with QR code

Who will be there?

The Professional Lighting Summit is designed for all lighting professionals – engineers, managers, contractors, designers, manufacturers and specifiers.

Free for local authorities: delegate tickets for each day are available free of charge for attendees with a gov.uk or gov.ie email address.

Evening reception: on the evening of 14 June, we will be holding an enjoyable social reception from 5.30pm. Tickets for this will be on sale soon.

Exhibition set up and break down - important information

Set up and break down will be a long process, due to the nature of the venue. Please allow extra time. Set up will be on Tuesday 13 June from 11am until 5pm.

The exhibition is on the top floor of the venue. There is a service lift available. For health and safety reasons all display materials must be transported using the lift, not the stairs.

The lift dimensions are:

Length 2.1 metresWidth 1.07 metresHeight 2.2 metres

Please keep the lift dimensions in mind when planning what equipment to bring. Additionally, stands must not exceed 2.5 metres in height.

We reserve the right to alter the exhibition layout for reasons of safety or practicality.
